Hey, I’m Tracey Murphy— but most people call me Coach T.

I’m a certified personal trainer, NASM sports nutrition coach, and powerlifting coach with a decade of experience in the fitness world. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with people from all walks of life, helping them unlock their strength and reach their health goals. From people looking to bounce back from injuries, to those wanting to build a better relationship with food, to powerlifters of every level—my mission has always been to empower you to feel your best, inside and out.

As an athlete myself, I’m all in when it comes to powerlifting. I’m a national champion in the 82.5 kg weight class, and I hold both state and national records. I’m also a national referee, so I get to see firsthand how powerful this sport can be—not just physically, but mentally, too. Powerlifting has taught me a lot about pushing limits and embracing growth, and I’m here to pass that on to you.
